Co-sponsored by GW Law, the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy, and the Elliott School of International Affairs, this info session includes: (1) an overview of the U.S. Government’s premier recruitment and training programs and (2) a PMF panel discussing the application and work experiences of current and former PMF participants, including GW Law alums.
Presidential Management Fellows Program
The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is a flagship leadership development program at the entry level for advanced degree candidates. Since 1977, the PMF Program has matched outstanding graduate students with exciting Federal opportunities.
This rigorous, two-year paid fellowship includes challenging assignments, developmental assignments, and networking opportunities. Finalists appointed as PMFs are hired by Federal Agencies and engage in solving domestic and/or international issues in areas such as public administration, engineering, technology, science, criminal justice, health, privacy, cybersecurity, and financial management, to name a few.
